The shop is too small therefore didn’t feel relaxing. This had nothing to do with Ella, as she was lovely.

Worst experience. Left with stained nails, flooded nail bed with acrylic and wanna have attitude when I ask to be refunded since they’ve literally irritated my skin. Make it make sense. Why would I let you fix my nails when I can’t trust you with them in the first place please.
