Looks like the bad review are true. When I got to salon for my appointment it was closed, no one there at all. Total waste of time. They could have just called/messaged and cancelled. It is a loss for them because I was hoping to be a regular customer once a week. Maybe they are not interested in making money.

Unfortunately the original salon that i was supposed to go to, the stylist was unwell and unable to give me a blow dry. But all was dealt with very professionally, i got a call suggesting numerous solutions and i was not left in the lurch. All was handled with great care and sincerity and didn't feel let down in the slightest. The owner advised to head to her other branch which was NO inconvenience and the lady who did my hair was called Lorraine and she was simply OUTSTANDING! 10/10 all round.
