Unfortunately the original salon that i was supposed to go to, the stylist was unwell and unable to give me a blow dry. But all was dealt with very professionally, i got a call suggesting numerous solutions and i was not left in the lurch. All was handled with great care and sincerity and didn't feel let down in the slightest. The owner advised to head to her other branch which was NO inconvenience and the lady who did my hair was called Lorraine and she was simply OUTSTANDING! 10/10 all round.

Thank you to the lovely lady who did my highlights. I found her easy to talk to as I'm deaf, she put me at ease and did my highlights for me which needed doing as I hadn't been for a while. My hair looks loads better and it's lifted me up like the sun does when it comes out on a grey day...So when you feel down, blue or grey like the weather get yourself down to your salon and have your hair done I promise it'll make you feel better..like it did me..Lovely. Thank you. :-)
