When I arrived at the salon it was empty and the lights were out. I waited 25 minutes but no one turned up. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone and no one replied to my email. Nor has anyone reached out to me since with an explanation. I spoke to a next door shop owner at the time and they told me that the salon is still operating.
What a waste of time!

Arrived at the salon to be told that the therapist hadn't arrived. After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave and was told I would receive a call once the therapist came in. I didn't receive a call and when I called I was given an appointment later. I received no acknowledgement or apology for any inconvenience caused and was just told that actually the therapist was in the salon when I had arrived showing terrible communication between the staff. Sad given the treatment itself was good!
