After waiting for 15 minutes I decided to leave and was told I would receive a call once the therapist came in. I didn't receive a call and when I called I was given an appointment later. I received no acknowledgement or apology for any inconvenience caused and was just told that actually the therapist was in the salon when I had arrived showing terrible communication between the staff. Sad given the treatment itself was good!

Great colour and fine highlights, however not done close enough to my scalp, so I’ve left with 2 cm roots.
