It was my first Brazilian wax and Georgia really made me feel comfortable. The whole appointment was fast, she was neat and helped to tweeze off some hairs that the wax couldn't grab. Really happy with her attention to detail!

My appointment was re-booked from 3pm to 2.45pm. I came on time, but then had to wait about 15-20min. What was the point of re-booking?
