I was a little irritated when I arrived as the booking from this website gave me a time of 1.45 but when I arrived I was told the appointment was not until 2.15, so I had to wait 40 minutes. However, when I was seen the treatment was excellent - the least pain I have ever experienced whilst having my eyebrows threaded!! The staff were courteous and charming and overall there was a very friendly vibe about the place. I liked it!
