Jenny was lovely but when I got there she was in the middle of a treatment for someone else. She was double-booked through no fault of her own. Unfortunately, the Treatwell App doesn’t correspond with real time. My appt was at 4.45 but the salon had it down as 3.45. Only because of Jenny being accommodating was I able to have my eyebrows waxed at all. I think this needs to be sorted out between Treatwell and the salon.
