The manicure was supposed to take 30 mins. It started with 10 + mins delay; in between, manicurists changed. The woman that initially did my manicure didn't exchange a word with me, instead incessantly and loudly talking to her colleagues. Worked inconsistently across hands. The guy who took over showed similarly low levels of engagement, talking loudly across the room. He pushed back my cuticles aggressively which was painful. After 35 mins, with still not even the filing completed, I left.
