My daughter wasn’t seen for an hour after her appointment. No communication on the delay. One friend left after hour and half waiting. Another friend waited 2 hours for her nails to be started. They watched adults come in and be seated straight away. I will not be letting my daughter book here again. An end of year treat with her friends ended up them experiencing it alone and leaving at different times.
