I received a warm welcome from all of the staff.
When I booked, I booked to have Tammy but it seemed that she was not in for the day. I did not mind having someone else, although a little nervous. The lady was very friendly at first and we have a good conversation going but then when it came to the nail length and shape, it went downhill from there. There was a little confusion with the shape that I wanted but she ended up filing my nails too much, exposing some of the skin under my nail bed.
