Disappointing visit this time. I always come to l’amour but was really disappointed this time. I asked for, and paid for a gel manicure - but didn’t get the manicure! I asked for a deluxe pedicure, twice, but just got a regular one. Shop was overly busy and they seemed more focussed on fitting in all the walk ins than they did fulfilling appointments that had been booked. Really disappointed.

Very greedy- anyone that walked in they were just saying yes to even though they were all just starting with clients. No need to book an appointment as they don’t go by times it’s first come first serve. 2hours to have my nails painted, kept getting different people doing it starting and stopping, not relaxing at all and nails are painted very poorly. Will not be returning- very disappointed.

Didn’t have lien ,had another lady ,felt really relaxed during my pedicure and manicure ,normally they are so busy as they take walk ins but today I felt like the attention was on me only .
