Terrible, the drill caught my hand three times and made it bleed. The gel was bumpy, he tried to fix it but due, but it was painful on my nail bed. Even after I asked him to stop, he continued to file it further.
Within three days, the gel has come off two nails, and one nail has completely broken off. The service use to be so good but unfortunately, it's no longer the case
