Asked for a pink instead of white french tip was told she couldn’t do it and could only do white, then another customer came in asking for different colour french tip and she said she was able to do it so she lied to me probably because she couldn’t be bothered to do it for me. Was getting constantly frustrated at me everytime i moved my hands making me feel uncomfortable:(

Mimi was amazing! She really made sure that I was comfortable and allowed me to take a break when it was too painful. It was my first time getting a wax in 2 years so I was really nervous. Mimi was extremely nice and accommodating! Highly recommend!
