I was told upon arrival (after I had already paid for my appointment) that the use of two colours for a normal polish manicure was absolutely not possible. I was told this was due to ‘it taking too long’. I have never come across this before and found it very disappointing.
Sadly they don’t work well with appointments. I arrived on time at 11am and they asked me to wait 30mins, having rushed to be on time, along with another client. It was chaotic because they weren’t managing bookings. I eventually started the appointment at 11:20 after pushing to say I had to leave and I was not treated well - it was as if it was my fault. It continued with other clients turning up and being left to wait during my appointment.

Long lasting nails, had mine for about 3 weeks now with no chipping of the nail or polish (and I’m a waitress so I make my hands work). Is extra for more complicated designs, be prepared to pay more on the day as there’s not an option to book this. Will be returning
