I had the most traumatic experience here, and nails are usually my time of relaxation! I had a Male technician who was so rude and aggressive I felt uncomfortable and terrified. At one point he banged his fist on the table and said I needed to pay more for replacement of the acrylic nail extensions. If I hadn’t paid the money through treatwell first I would have left, but I knew if I did I wouldn’t get my money back. So I had to stick it out. They need to be removed from your site & blacklisted
