Waxing was okay but it was quite painful and there was no disposable knickers but overall was okay and cheap

1. The therapist made me uncomfortable for many reason:
- she wasn’t gentle
- she made someone else assist to the treatment ( a supposed trainee not speaking English ) without asking my opinion
2. The room was dirty and the ustensiles weren’t clean as well
3. The treatment went very bad they were alternating turn for the Hollywood waxing session, it wasn’t professional at all, both of them had no idea how to use hot wax.
It was a shame I end up being completely burn ( one week after my skin is still hurt and burnt ) the finish was catastrophic they made me leave without giving anything to clean the wax left on the bikini and worst, since they didn’t know how to professionally use the hot wax I paid for an unfinished treatment with many left hairs.
