The beautician use the eyelash removal solution on my eye without using anything to prevent it from going into my eyes. It got into my eyes and it burns, she used a dry cotton to (forcefully to clean it out and it got into my eyeball, it got worst). My eyes burns and with that one of my contact lens came out. This is unacceptable, the fact that she forcefully use a dry cotton to wipe out the solution that burns my eye, even when I asked her to stop she keep going until one of my contact came out (my eye contact was new, now I need to buy another pair!) I am never going back there again. Worst experience ever! I wouldn’t give even a star for this.
