Don’t come here for a waxing. They were 30 min late for my appointment. She didn’t even know what I was getting done and I paid extra to get waxed on an intimate area but the lady refused. Also, the waxing was extremely painful. Horrible experience.

The atmosphere in the salon is amazing and the staff are really friendly…sometimes too friendly. Shellac removal was perfect and application of extensions was as well. However they kept trying to sell me extras (which I understand is part of the job to meet the targets). Also, the nail polish was already peeling off just from me putting my coat on after being told by staff that it was dry and I could leave. Communication between staff and customer should be to a higher standard and clearer also.

Anna wapplied hot wax on me and asked for £10 extra for the back, which is never a separate charge with Hollywood. The wax was of horrible quality and very hot, and Anna did not listen to my reaction. When I provided feedback, Anna shouted at me, told me to leave salon and refused to provide the pre-paid services
