I have been to this salon 3 times, always for mani-pedi combo. The first time I had a fab manicure done by a dark haired girl (not Asian). It was one of the best manicures I’ve had. Having just moved to Holland Park I was pleased to have found a nail place that did great nails for a normal price. Then I booked again - the manicure was A Ok, not a great job.. rushed and didn’t pay much attention.. so I thought maybe it’s just that one time... after my baby arrived and after a few weeks, in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure I have booked again...and what a disaster that was. It was rushed, the manicure and “tidying up” of the nails was non existent (it certainly looked that way), the Asian guy didn’t file the nails properly - lots of rough edges.. didn’t put the top coat on at all. The pedicure was the same - rushed, colour application was rushed therefore not even on few nails - you could clearly see the “white edge” of the top of the nail, heels not cleaned properly, no top coat either, just two layers of nail varnish... having paid 39 bucks for it, and complained with no resolution or offer to repaint - (the Thai girl in glasses, manager I think, on the till, was trying to convince me he did a great job and wouldn’t budge even for a discount or repaint offer, I left so disappointed and upset that the only time (at the mo) I could go and have my nails properly done - and it was a disaster. I could have done a better job myself having saved 39 pounds. I could give this play another try, although I doubt it...
I’d like to mention that the cleanliness is of a high standard there, and the staff (besides the manager Thai lady in glasses) is nice and friendly.

Staff was so patient and kind with how indecisive I am about shape, length and colour. 🙈💖 My nails look amazing I am so happy!!
