The lady doing my manicure was terrible, she pulled to cut, rather than cut my cuticles back gently. She drew blood on one finger, so I asked her to be gentle. She still drew blood on the other hand on the thumb cuticle. A week on and my skin is peeling like crazy because of the heavy handidness and I am not sensitive. Pedicure was not thorough and therapist could not understand 'ingrowinging nail' . I had paid upfront on treatewell otherwise I would have refused to pay.

Good manicure it was very busy though! Staff very friendly but don’t expect massage chair .
