The wax was of horrible quality and very hot, and Anna did not listen to my reaction. When I provided feedback, Anna shouted at me, told me to leave salon and refused to provide the pre-paid services

It was okay. Not amazing but did the job. She cut my skin while removing cuticle and it’s still irritated. I just hope that it won’t get infected…

Gel Nails Manicure
I have lived in London for 10 years and Anna at L’Spa is the best eyelash technician I’ve ever had. She is quick and thorough, and the eyelashes always look beautiful. On a few occasions they haven’t lasted as long as id liked, but overall they are usually long-lasting. I highly recommend her.
