The waxing room wasn’t a room but instead an area separated off from the main salon with a curtain. It made me feel as though someone was about to come in during my appointment throughout, 
The wax was too hot, and given there was no air-conditioning or fan in the hot weather the wax would not cool down which made it a very painful experience. When I tried to ask my waxer to stop she insisted in continuing which was distressing.

They were 20 minutes late for my appointment and no apology. The place isn’t great - you’re not in a private room, just behind a curtain - and it was quite dirty with a huge pile of used waxing materials on the floor. The waxing itself was more painful than I usually experience.

Anna was lovely, friendly and great at her job. She is very thorough but quick, so makes the wax a lot less painful. I can’t recommend her enough.
