Booked online others booked directly. The moment you walk in they want to try and charge you extra for something. They only accept cash, and will make you walk to withdraw it, if you don't have it, but if you book online to avoid cash issue, some of the extras aren't obvious, so you are then asked to walk to the bank to withdraw money (£5). I refused last time since I had paid online to avoid making an extra stop in my day to get cash and the look of unhappiness and disgust I got for them having to use the machine was pathetic. It is 2017 after all.... lastly, you aren't allowed a loyalty card unless you only book via phone. If you book online, they obviously incur fees, so you can't be a loyal customer and book online.... makes sense, right? I tried several times to find reasons to go back here because I was happy with mani/pedi but after being treated how I was, they don't deserve my business. They have clearly forgotten who is supporting them and paying their bills with the attitude over finances here. I will never go back as a result.
Staff were not very talkative and friendly, the treatment took longer than expected and they tried charging me extra for the paint as they didn't tell me before they painted my nails that it would be an extra cost
