Therapist was lovely but she did not mix colour that well to match my nuance for brows, they came out quite black vs how I had them pencilled when I arrived there. But not bad overall. Also skin was left a bit messy after especially around lashes, which usually did not happen with previous therapist. Not the worst service, not the best. Acceptable if you are in a rush!

Terrible. The finished product was unacceptable and left staining all of over the eye area. The therapist had to use alcohol and an abrasive pad to scrub the stains which left my skin raw, and most of the tint was taken off as a result so it was a pointless exercise. I explained I was unhappy and no apology or offer of a refund was given. I work in the industry and have had my eyebrows and lashes tinted countless times. I know what to expect from the process. Extremely disappointing.
