When I came in for my appointment the woman rolled her eyes at me and went into a back room. I then waited 10 minutes for someone to come out of that room. She then started threading before even saying hello - I interrupted her to tell her I just wanted a tidy up and to keep my eyebrows thick. She thinned my eyebrows out far more than I wanted and did not listen at all to what I had said. While my eyebrows are now cleaner than they were, it was an immensely disappointing experience.
