In spite of having made an appointment, had to wait ten minutes for nail techs to be ready. Pedicurist cut the skin on my toe so deep that it hurt all day the next day (when I happened to be in Italy on vacation). Manicurist did bare minimum. After topcoat I had to ask for another coat of color because it looked so sloppy. She blamed it on the color but I’ve used it before and it was fine. It was also all over my fingers and she kept telling me it would come off when I washed my hands. Details!
