I filtered specifically for an appointment on the 1st Jan knowing that some salons would be closed. L’spa came up so I selected a treatment and picked a time and then received the usual confirmation email. When I arrived at the salon I was shocked to find it was closed so then had to rush to make alternative arrangements. Massive inconvenience. Note to salon: please learn to amend your opening days when necessary as other salons do to avoid this happening to anyone else.
