I filtered specifically for an appointment on the 1st Jan knowing that some salons would be closed. L’spa came up so I selected a treatment and picked a time and then received the usual confirmation email.
When I arrived at the salon I was shocked to find it was closed so then had to rush to make alternative arrangements. Massive inconvenience.
Note to salon: please learn to amend your opening days when necessary as other salons do to avoid this happening to anyone else.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
Really loved the experience in this salon. Lovely ambience and my mani pedi in a massage chair was fantastic. Would definitely visit again.

Pricelist could be clearer - i got my lashes done (russian volume) but didnt know that it incurred a higher cost at the end as i have already paid the price listed on treatwell. Also, coverage of the lashes were not as good as expected.
