I forgot the name of the stylist (the lady from Morocco), but she was very attentive and diligent. She removed my shellac CND polish by soaking it two times in nail polish just to make sure she doesn't scratch my nails in the removal process. It was all done very thoroughly with a manual tool (while in other places they use the gel removal machine). Highly recommended!
