One beautician started my nails and then another finished which I don’t like - it would be much nicer to have one person all the way through, otherwise you feel passed around. Lastly when I paid for shellac removal I was made to feel uncomfortable for using Treatwell to book because apparently if I booked direct I would get free removal (even though I use the £5 rebooking voucher to make it the same price)! I used to go here because it was convenient on my lunch break but there are other places around and I will check these out instead.
