Got there for my appointment and it appeared to be closed down, shutters down with no signs/salon name anywhere! With no answer on the phone when I called.

The 6 bin bags of rubbish in the toilet need to be moved. Was left with dripping wet hair for 20 mins and whole time in there was 4 hours for what should have been a two hr appointment. Hair itself is OK but patchy in places
