Nice blow dry but too many people booked in at same time, so treatment felt rushed

Booked my appointment turned up and appointment not available as the make up artist doesn’t work Fridays! Very disappointing this is not a result of Treatwell it’s the venue I booked for providing incorrect information to third party site! Very poor and very unhelpful staff who just commented oh this has happened before which didn’t help me! Very poor customer service

L1 has become my regular hair salon, the girls there are absolutely amazing, the venue is beautiful and Hannah will never do anything to your hair that she is unsure of! Love visiting this place, always feel so welcome!
