I'm happy with the results of my appointment, however I found the experience to be very frustrating as a basic highlight/blow dry took nearly 5 hours. I have shoulder length hair which is fairly thick, so I generally understand that highlights aren't always a quick appointment, but during the middle of my treatment the stylist took a blow dry walk in and left me in the chair, with a towel on my head, for just over an hour. Additionally, the girl doing my hair kept having to stop to answer the phone while the other employee in the store and not busy with appointments stood around playing on her phone.
