Appointment was cancelled at the last minute, so no treatments happened, very disappointing
The salon wasn't open, the electricity had gone off and my appointment had been cancelled. Although I wasn't called beforehand to let me know this.

Didn’t get to have the appointment as the salon text me 2 hours prior to my appointment to cancel saying they had an electrical fault. Too late to do anything about it. Very disappointed
