Waited 45 minutes to be seen no apology for lateness then would not do my highlights as claimed they would not work which I've been told was incorrect now by another hairdresser and then cut my hair badly one side longer than the other then made a rude comment to me and blamed me for her mistake when I politely asked for the hairdresser to make both sides equal. Clearly just could not be bothered and only seemed to care about locals rather than newcomers. Very disappointing.
The haircut and service I received was amazing, and the place was very clean and nice, I just wish they played some music or something as I was the only customer in, so it was a bit awkwardly quiet sometimes.
