I booked online via treat well. Arrived at the salon to be told... They were full and I had not booked. I explained that I had booked online, the hairdresser was quite abrupt and said well clearly I'm too busy and argued my booking.
I showed her the email confirmation and logged on to show her that I could still continue to book appointments for the rest of the day despite her saying I couldn't.
There was only 1 hairdresser, poor attitude, not apologetic. Did not offer to make me an alternative appointment.
I was firstly disappointed and concerned that the Salon openly admitted they knew nothing about my booking. This could have been a scary scenario as I was having my hair done for an occasion - luckily they were able to fit me in on the spot, and they did work around me timing wise which I have to credit them for. I have to give it to the staff - they are all quite welcoming, friendly women with conversation however the salon was probably one of the most disappointing I've ever been in, in terms of ambience and salon aesethetic. It was a bit shoddy and the whole atmosphere did not speak professionalism. I'm not sure whether it was because I was slotted in last minute or if this was the Hairdressers style, but I found it all VERY rushed. It was FAR FROM the relaxing, "treat" of an experience I had hoped it to be. My hair cut - was absolutely non-existant, I was shocked! Two snips with the scissors and that was that. I was too mortified to say anything. Can't complain too much as it was fairly cheap and you do get what you pay for, however I would never recommend nor return to this place, sadly.
