NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. I booked and couldn't make my appointment due to working in the hospital and being held back rang the salon 2 hrs before my appointment apologised and they were lovely said they'd book me in for the following Thursday. Baring in mind I had already paid for my hair through treatwell. Showed up to the salon rushed from work to be there on time was there 10 minutes early. Just to find out that the person who was doing my hair had left and went home 3 hrs earlier. My name wasnt in the book. Said we can book you in for next week. I said no dont bother I want my money back. I still havent had my money back. Hope they enjoyed there money for a wash cut and blow dry that I NEVER got. Actually disgusted. I texted the hairdresser who has ignored all my texts. So unprofessional, how is this any way to run a business? We would all go home 3 hrs early if we could. Disgusting, lazy attitude to have running a salon.
