Booked in for my haircut last Friday for 5.30pm , got a text at about 1pm saying the hairdresser was sick and couldn’t do it. So I rebooked for the day after. So the next day I finished work 30 minutes early, walked a very long way, for them to tell me the hairdresser is on holiday! No text or anything! And they said they just couldn’t do it at all for me. So disappointed as I finished work early to make the appointment and they couldn’t even offer me any other option other than to go home.

Waited 40 minutes to be seen even though it was a 10am appointment so I don't understand how they were already that behind.. Finally got seen, it was a dry cut and the stylist spent literally about 3 minutes cutting my hair. It felt super rushed, I think they just wanted me out of there as quick as possible because they were running late.
