First time getting my legs waxed so wanted some assurance off staff as I felt nervous (skin is quite sensitive). Member of staff didn’t even tell me when she was about to strip off the wax even though I asked her before to take her time with me as I explained my situation. Then seemed off when I told her I had my bikini wax done somewhere else earlier that day with a group of friends as I didn’t have it done by her.. don’t think I’d come back here again as I didn’t feel welcome at all.

First PAIN FREE wax I've ever had. Amazing! And Chloe is so nice and made me feel totally at ease. I definitely will be going back to her in the future

First time going to L1 waxing but honestly didn’t disappoint!! Will definitely be coming back, was slightly apprehensive because I usually get Lycon waxes but Chloe was amazing! Really quick, painless and efficient! Thanks so much
