I booked the ultimate facial (£40) and was convinced by the staff to have dermaplaning which I wish I never. I thought it was quite rough at the time on my skin but didn’t realise until afterward that my forehead has a number of small cuts. Also my treatment was supposed to an hour and 15 minutes and I was out in 45, 20 of those were being left with a mask on. My skin (besides my forehead) feels good but was not worth the money.

Overall experience was alright. Atmosphere was a bit weird but the actual treatments where decent.
