Loved the full experience. Will defo go back. It did only take 1h 20mins not the 2h 55mins on the site. But overall was amazing!

Girl Stephanie who did my treatment was very nice and treatments were great .the treatment was booked as lasting 3hrs on the Treatwell website so I had arranged being dropped off and picked up. the treatments lasted 1hr 30min so my lift wasn't due for another 1hr 30min so I relayed this to staff my hair was oily due to the scalp massage & I hadn't brought a band to tie my hair back to even go a walk around local shops . They did not even offer me a tea or coffee as I was waiting for my lift & when I was leaving the salon I realised that one of the staff who had been sitting on utube the whole time I was there was a hairdresser with no appointments I said to the hairdresser I have been sitting around with oily hair waiting on my lift I could have been offered a wash & blow dry while I was waiting ( at a cost ) to which I was told oh I never thought I can do it now . as my lift had arrived I declined the offer .

The place was getting renovated when I arrived, but will look lovely when done and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
