No ambience what so ever. Arrived on time and the beautician asked me to choose a colour for my polish. Only after my manicure was done, I was told to pay extra £3 for the shine polish. Shocking as the beautician had plenty of time to say that while I was picking up the colour. Overall, the manicure did not last. lastly, there is a specific atmosphere when they find out you have paid on Treatwell.
