As my first experience was great I decided to rebook another hot underarm wax 2 weeks later. However this time round it was terrible. It was with another lady who was not Iris and she burnt me terribly. She repeatedly went over the areas and has left me with permanent scarring. I went to the shop to raise the issue and was told “it’s due to sensitive skin” which is not the case as it wasn’t an issue before and I’ve had hot waxes before. Really disappointing that the staff did not care.

Staff were very nice, the place looks cute and the colour was exactly what I had in mind. It’s my first experience with gel and if it lasts I’ll definitely come back.
