I went to nav for a facial a few weeks back and she was brilliant, my skin felt amazing after! So I booked my friend a massage this week (also amazing) and I got another facial in prep for an upcoming wedding. She told me exactly which facial I would need and has asked me to bring my skincare products next time so she can advise me better! What great customer care :) would definitely recommend Nav! x
