The first date I booked with Nav was not an option for her due to Treatwell not updating her availability correctly but she went out of her way to book me in the next day at a time that suited me so that I had the treatments I paid for. Straight from the off, she made me feel comfortable and was also very professional and present. She loves what she does and that comes through with the way she makes you feel. Amazing therapist!
