Excellent service as always from Nav - only downside was the next customer who turned up 10 mins early to their appointment and sat with their VERY loud child outside the treatment room, ruining my zen... not Nav's fault at all though and she was very apologetic about it after my massage was finished. More an issue with people not being considerate of others whilst waiting...
