Nav was really friendly and made me feel at ease, really knowledgeable and informative about the treatment and why she prefers using Hot wax and it’s benefits. I was really happy with the treatment and service and would highly recommend and would use again.
One thing to point out for ease is park on the left as soon as you get into the car park and follow the little path round the behind the hotel to the building on its own where the treatment centre is as I was a few minutes late by going towards the main reception.

Found this place a little difficult to find the first time I visited. When driving into the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 Jct 7 it's easiest to turn into the little car park immediately on your left and walk down the path straight into the Spirit Health Club - rather than navigate via the Holiday Inn reception. Don't forget to pop your car reg onto the screen at the Health Club desk.
Meeting Nav I found her very friendly and professional. The small treatment room is very calming, with relaxation music playing and a heated table covered in a soft blanket.
I tried out a full leg wax for my initial visit but have since been back for another leg wax and my first hollywood wax! Nav makes you feel at ease and does a great job.
