Came for the first time. Staff are really nice. I had a nice time and a good haircut. The woman who did my hair is really gentle and made sure it is what I want. Will be coming back for sure

This is probably honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had and I’m 35 years old. I’m used to London salons having lived in the city, and so I was surprised to find it very chilled, and Daksha was very professional and checked multiple times that she was doing the cut I wanted. So happy, will definitely be back!

I was very happy to have a same day booking before holiday. When I turned up Sherry was just finishing having her nails done, she explained that she didn't think I was coming and I didn't mind waiting a few moments. Unfortunately, the boiler had broken so then Sherry had to rinse my hair in cold water and then mix boiling water from the kettle with cold water before washing my hair. The cut was good but I payed extra for a blowdry - would be better if Sherry had told me about the boiler before.
