I booked on line for ‘ short hair cut’ and I paid through PayPal. When I got there no one knew how to do a short haircut!! She said maybe she could find someone for tomorrow. I couldn’t do the next day and the website shouldn’t have advertised short hair for that day. she said she’d have to let the PayPal go through but would give me cash! When I eventually found someone else in the town to do my hair the whole way through the cut I’m getting voicemails saying she wanted the cash back!

The salon wasn’t open when I arrived, so my treatment started 10 minutes late. The front of the salon is reasonably clean and tidy but the room I was in for waxing was appalling - dirty, with wax up the walls.

Shelly (the lady that cut my hair) was great and really lovely however the manager was not so great!
I had only booked in for a wash, cut and toner. The total came to £120! I asked how much the toner was, she charged me £70 for toner even though Toni & Guy only charge £35!
Owner didn’t like my review on google and called me to tone it down! Owner took no accountability, no responsibility, no customer service! I would avoid….full review on Google!

It was easy to follow there message some one gave me a present after losing my husband all of sudden and it was great present I didn’t know about treat well web site I will tell others and differently use it again
