Generally not a great experience. I booked a shellac removal and reapplication. It was excruciatingly slow, disorganised (the technician couldn’t find the colour I chose from their chart so I had to quickly pick another which I didn’t really like), and the end result was poor quality (it looks like I did it myself, very uneven, bits of gel polish on my fingers and has chipped within 2 days). Would not recommend and won’t be back.
