Jess was wonderful, very intuitive in which areas needed more work. Unfortunately the set up of the salon let the experience down, there was only a curtain separating the massage room from the rest of the salon/reception, Giving the impression that other people were in the room with you, as such it wasn’t really possible to relax completely, which is a shame when the masseuse was so skilled.

5* gel polish as always - I have naturally very weak nails however my gel mani always lasts the full 14 days when Jess does the treatment.
