I was ignored for 40 mins. First the previous appointment must have overrun because our technician was busy. Then she said she wouldn’t be long but spent ages just on her phone.
Started the manicure but looked like she didn’t want to be there. It took ages for no reason.
We should have been in and out in an hour but we’re there for 2.5 It’s just too long to paint 10 nails.
They’re charging above local rates so I expected better service.
The nails actually look amazing but will not return
